Limited Product Warranty
Page content
1. Warranty Coverage
Make A Booth aims to supply products that match the accepted order specifications.
Any express product warranty, including its duration and coverage, must be stated in the applicable product description, invoice, quote, or written warranty document.
Unless a separate written warranty applies, we do not promise that every product will remain free from wear, damage, or deterioration for a particular period.
This section does not exclude implied warranties or other rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.
2. What Is Not Covered
To the extent permitted by law, a limited warranty does not cover problems caused by:
- Incorrect assembly or installation.
- Failure to follow product instructions.
- Misuse, neglect, or improper storage.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Accidental damage after delivery.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Improper transportation arranged by the customer.
- Venue conditions or third-party equipment.
- Artwork or specifications supplied and approved by the customer.
These exclusions apply only where the listed cause actually contributed to the problem.
3. How Warranty Claims Are Reviewed
Contact marketing@makeabooth.com with the order number, a description of the problem, and supporting photographs or video.
We may request additional information or inspection before determining whether the claim is covered.
Where a claim is covered, the available remedy will be determined by the applicable written warranty, accepted agreement, and law. Depending on the circumstances, this may involve repair, replacement, or a refund.
4. Third-Party Products
Products manufactured by third parties may carry separate warranties.
Any third-party warranty will apply according to its own terms. We will identify or provide available warranty information where appropriate.
