By accessing our website and placing an order with Make A Booth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice. Payment must be received before production begins.

Custom Products

Most products offered by Make A Booth are custom-made and produced according to customer specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these products, all sales are considered final once production has commenced.

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs, mockups, artwork, dimensions, spelling, and specifications before approving production. Approval of artwork constitutes acceptance of all submitted content. Make A Booth is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Color Variations

Printed colors may vary slightly from those displayed on digital screens due to differences in monitor settings, printing processes, materials, and lighting conditions. Such variations shall not be considered defects.

Shipping and Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Make A Booth is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

Customers represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any artwork, logos, trademarks, images, or content submitted for production. Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Make A Booth from any claims arising from submitted materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Make A Booth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, missed events, or business interruption arising from the use of our products or services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
